Ciao Tutti,
I'm on my way to the Amalfi Coast of Eastern Europe - Split, Croatia and the Dalmatian Coast for a weekend of white water rafting, island hopping, and pure relaxation. We took the train from Rome to Florence and have a 11 hour drive to Croatia. It's a long drive, but I hear it will be so worth it.
We had a pretty ordinary week in Rome this week. It was very, very short. 2 days of classes for me to be exact. My classes on Wednesday were long and drawn out - a result of my excitement for this weekend. I honestly have no idea of what to expect.
The only other thing that is worth mentioning is that our power went out last night. We couldn't figure out how to get it back on until this morning, so our showers were a bit cold.
That's about it! Time for my 11 hour bus ride.
